Application
Stick wood materials like skirting boards, laths, window sills, sheet material, hardboard, softboard, chipboard etc. to wood and to many other materials such as metal (like iron, aluminium, zinc), concrete, plaster, (natural) stone, ceramic tiles, glass, plastics (try first), cork, etc.
Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, pure plaster and bitumen. When gluing plastics always perform an adhesion test first. Adhesion to plastics can vary depending on the type of synthetic and the quality of the plastic.
Handling
Before use
The ambient temperature, the adhesive and the materials to be bonded should be no less than +5°C.
Surfaces must be clean, dust- and grease-free. Surface must be solid. The surface may be slightly moist. Use of primer not required.
Cartridge gun, Sharp Knife or or Bison Multi Tool and rubber hammer.
Before using open cartridge at the top by cutting off the plastic nipple above the thread with a sharp knife or Bison Multi Tool. Then fix the nozzle and cut at an angle (opening at least Ø 5 mm).
With spot bonding: 5-8 m²/kg. Stripes: one cartridge issues approx. 8-15 metres of adhesive (depending on the diameter of the cut nozzle).
During use
1. Apply – Clean the surfaces and make them dust and grease free first. Apply the adhesive, in long stripes or dots (every 10–40 cm), to one of the two parts you want to stick together. Always apply adhesive to the corners and along the edges. 2. Stick – Press both parts firmly together and/or tap them carefully with a rubber hammer. Correction is still possible. When you stick heavy materials support might be needed. 3. Done – After 4 hours your bond is super strong thanks to our formula with Polymer Technology. This time can be longer or shorter based on the used materials, surfaces, temperature and humidity.
The drying times are based on bonding at least one porous material and an adhesive layer of approx. 1 mm thickness. If two non-porous materials are being bonded and/or the layer of adhesive is thicker, the drying times may be substantially longer. When not using it, keep the packaging tightly closed and store it in a dry, cool and frost-free place. Once opened shelf life is limited, unopened shelf life is 18 months. Hand tight after 30 minutes. Maximum final strength after 4 hours, depending on the substrate (at least 1 porous material) and the ambient conditions. 56% of Adhesive formula consists of a renewable raw material. Pack 95% Recycled Plastic- Excludes Nozzle and Plunger.
After use
Remove adhesive residues immediately with white spirit. Dry adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.
Store dry in sealed packaging between +5°C and +25°C.
