Application
Stick smooth surfaced materials like big and small (traditional silver lined) mirrors, metal sheets and ornaments, glass (ornaments) to smooth substrates and to many other materials such as wood (skirting boards, hardboard, softboard, chipboard, etc.), stone (tiles, window sills, tresholds etc.), plaster board, etc.
Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, gypsum and bitumen. When gluing plastics always perform an adhesion test first. Adhesion to plastics can vary depending on the type of synthetic and the quality of the plastic.
Handling
Before use
Only apply at temperatures between +5 °C and +40 °C.
Surfaces must be clean, dust- and grease-free. Surface must be solid. The surface may be slightly moist. Use of primer not required.
Cartridge gun, Sharp Knife or Bison Multi Tool and rubber hammer.
Before using open cartridge at the top by cutting off the plastic nipple above the thread with a Multi Tool. Fix the nozzle onto the cartridge and cut at an angle to the desired diameter.
During use
1. Apply – Clean the surfaces and make them dust and grease free first. Apply adhesive to mirror, metal or glass in long vertical stripes approximately 10 mm wide and 20 cm apart. 2. Stick – Join parts within 5 to 10 minutes and press firmly. When you stick heavy materials support might be needed. 3. Done – After 4 hours your bond is super strong thanks to our formulae with Polymer Technology. This time can be longer or shorter based on the used materials, surfaces, temperature and humidity.
The following drying times are based on bonding at least one porous material and an adhesive layer of approx. 1 mm thickness. If two non-porous materials are being bonded and/or the layer of adhesive is thicker, the drying times may be substantially longer. When not using it, keep the packaging tightly closed and store it in a dry, cool and frost-free place. Once opened shelf life is limited, unopened shelf life is 18 months. 56% of Adhesive formula consists of a renewable raw material Pack: 95% Recycled Plastic- Excludes Nozzle and Plunger
After use
Remove adhesive residues immediately with white spirit. Dry adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.
Store dry in sealed packaging between +5 °C and +25 °C.
